Welcome to Chattanooga
Engineers Week Website!

February 19 - 25, 2012
National Engineers Week is an annual event to raise public awareness of engineers and the work they do. Founded in 1951 by the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), it is about the oldest of America's professional outreach efforts. Co-chairs for National Engineers Week 2012 are Battelle and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Chattanooga, Tennessee celebrates during Engineers Week with at least two events open to the public. Follow the Events link at the top of this page for more information about the kick off luncheon and awards banquet. Additionally, we have collected information about local events related to engineering that occur throughout this school year. Local volunteers deserve all the credit for the success of these annual events.
