Tickets are on sale now for the 2022 E-Week Awards Banquet presented by the Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers Chattanooga Chapter. It is to be held on February 24, 2022, at The Chattanoogan Hotel Ballroom from 6 until 8:45 pm, with check in from 5:15 until 6 pm. Dress attire is business, so gentlemen typically wear a coat and tie. Parking is available in the adjacent parking garage or on-street parking. The hotel bar is available for drinks prior to the event if you desire.
Individual tickets are $45 and a corporate table for 10 is $500. If a company wishes to purchase a corporate table, but does not want to pay the online fees and taxes, they can write a check and I can pick it up. The check should be made out to TSPE Chattanooga Chapter for $500. Any company who purchases a corporate table will be recognized as a Table Sponsor.

Mr. Joseph “Joe” Deering, P.E., R.L.S.,
Assistant Chief Engineer for Region 2 for the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT)
Bio
Mr. Deering’s responsibilities include providing management oversight of all regional operations and project development activities including TDOT’s construction, maintenance, incident management, and roadway design, right of way and utilities maintenance programs for the 24 Counties in Region 2.
Joe has more than 30 years of experience in the surveying and engineering field. He is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Joe is a Registered Land Surveyor and a Licensed Professional Engineer.
Joe currently serves on the AASTHO Active Transportation Committee and the Tennessee Technological University Civil Engineering Advisory Board. He is past president of Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) Nashville Chapter and is a founding member and past president for the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Middle Tennessee Chapter and a founding member and Section Representative for the ASHE Tennessee Valley Chapter.
