Where: Marriott Downtown Ballroom, Two Carter Plaza, Chattanooga, TN 37402 (Beside the Chattanooga Convention Center) – website
- When you arrive through the main entrance into the lobby, go up the escalator to your right. The Ballroom is at the top of the escalator. The hotel bar is located near the Ballroom and will be open at your own expense.
- Complimentary self-parking is available in the Marriott garage. Please bring your ticket into the banquet for validation. Valet parking is available at your own expense.
When: Thursday, February 20, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Time: Check-In is 5:30 pm until 6:00 pm outside the Ballroom. Banquet begins at 6:00 pm until 8:30 pm.

Lieutenant Colonel Sonny B. Avichal
Lt Col Sonny Avichal is the Commander and District Engineer of the Nashville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. As such, he manages the water resources development and navigable waterways operations for the Cumberland and Tennessee River basins covering 59,000 square miles. His Nashville district has 42 field offices touching seven states and a work force of over 700 employees. Before assuming command of the Nashville District, he served as the Deputy Commander of the New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Lt Col Avichal received his U.S. Army commission in 2002 and has served in leadership and staff positions in Iraq, South Korea and multiple locations in the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Arts Degree from Webster University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Virginia.
